How to use La Familia Pawn APP?

Step 1

Download the App for iPhone or Android

• Android
• Apple IOS

Step 2

Open the APP and request your password. Add the email address that you used at the store then click on “Send password by email”. If you don’t have an email address registered, just get in contact with your store and request to add your email address to your account.

Step 3

Once you have completed step 2 you will receive an email with your password. If you can’t find the email then check your spam inbox.

Step 4

Enter the password sent to your email to access your account.

How to make payments on the APP?

Step 1

From the APP Home Screen or navigation bar select the type of payment you want to make. First let’s make a loan payment.

• Select the loan you want to see the details.
• Select the amount of $ or days that you want to pay and click on “add payment”.
• Click on the menu to add more payments or select “check out” to finalize the payment.

Layaway payment

• Select the layaway you want to see the details.
• Select “add payment”.
• Click on the menu to add more payments or select “check out” to finalize your payment.

Step 2

• Once you are ready to pay, select “check out” and review your shopping cart.
• Enter your credit card information.
• Click “Review Payment”.
• Click “Complete Payment” to finalize your payment.

Step 3

Once your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.
